- The MVR250/U GE lamp may shatter and cause injury if broken.
- Dispose of the GE MVR250/U lamp in a closed container.
- Do not use excessive force when installing the MVR250/U GE lamp.
- Do not use the GE MVR250/U lamp if outer glass is scratched or broken.
- Wear safety glasses and gloves when handling the MVR250/U GE lamp.
- Unexpected GE MVR250/U lamp rupture may cause injury, fire, or property damage.
- Do not exceed rated voltage.
- Do not store flammable materials near/below the MVR250/U GE lamp.
- Do not turn on the GE MVR250/U lamp until fully installed.
- Do not use beyond rated life.
- Do not use the MVR250/U GE lamp if outer glass is scratched or broken.
- Do not use where directly exposed to water or outdoors without an enclosed fixture.
